Angry ANY dialect question:

SP to alter all tables in db whos datatype is FLOAT

can any one will help me ?????????????????

i am using SQL server 2000.
i want to convert a cloumn with FLOAT type to NUMERIC and having SCALE 2
their r more than 370 tables and about 200 tables contains such columns .
so i want a SP which will do this .
