Default Oracle dialect question:

in which language the SQL is implemented..c, c++, etc..?


in which language is the SQL coded? and where i can find the code for SQL implementation.. especially the Logical Operators'coding, i.e. Like operator, Any, Between, etc..
its very urgent..need a very quick reply..!!

I hope that sql may be programmed in java.
