i want to knonw the queries for find nth salary, find last day of the month, find first day the month,

To find the last day of the month....

SELECT LAST_DAY(TO_DATE('02-MAR-07','DD-MON-YY')) FROM TABLENAME;

IAM TRYING OTHER TWO QUERIES IF I GET IT I WIL POST IT HERE...
